How do I set up an account?

There are lots of benefits to creating an account for thesamemoments.com.au. With an account you can:

Review products.

Check up on your order history and status of any recent purchases.

Check out more quickly and easily on later visits to the website.

To create an account, follow these simple steps:

Click My Account at the top right-hand side of the page.

Fill in the Register form.

You will then be redirected to the summary of your new account.

Where is my order?

Please allow 3-5 working days for metro areas longer for regional areas and New Zealand for your order to arrive this could also be longer, during peak times such as Mothers Day and Christmas. Our orders are sent through the Australia Post’s standard mail network. This minimises freight costs for our customers however no tracking facilities are available.

Also, please note that orders of multiple cards may be dispatched in multiple packages, which may not arrive on the same day.

Where do you ship to?

Cards and gift items can be delivered anywhere within Australia & New Zealand. At the moment, we regret that we cannot ship to any other countries, and we’re working to change that in the future.

When will my order arrive?

Cards:

Your card will be sent via Australia Post. Most cards will arrive the following day, although Australia Post recommends you to allow up to 3 working days for delivery. If you choose a future date, we’ll post your card 3 working days before your requested delivery date.

Other Products:

We’ll send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us.

There’s an issue with my order

Here at thesamemoments.com.au we want all our customers to be completely happy with the quality of the products they receive. If you feel there is a fault with your item or if you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please let us know by contacting us.

If you are missing an item you’ve purchased, please note that your order may come in multiple packages. Therefore, please allow time for everything to be delivered before contacting us.

Why can’t I log in?

If you have already created an account, please be sure that you’re entering the correct information when signing in. If you are having trouble remembering your password, please click on Lost Password field on the login screen and a reminder will be sent to your email address.

Looking at the Cards

Once you have searched for a card, the results of your search will be displayed.

If there are more cards than will fit on one page, use the prev and next options to scroll through the cards shown. You can also select a page number to go directly to that page. Or select View all to look at all the cards on one page.

To see a more detailed preview of the card, click on the card image.

Carrying out a New Search

If you didn’t find a card you want, you can carry out a new search. Either enter one or more keywords in the field on the top right-hand side of the page and then click the Search button.

If the card is to celebrate a particular occasion (for example, Birthday, Congratulations, Wedding etc.), search the specific occasion.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept PayPal.

How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

How do I add an item to my order?

Once your order has been placed, additional items will have to be ordered separately.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged when your order is placed.

What about GST?

All prices on this website are in AUD, and include GST.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand.

Where are orders sent from?

All orders are dispatched from Gold Coast.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard delivery via Australia Post. Please visit www.auspost.com.au for delivery schedules.

How do I have an order shipped to a PO Box?

All deliveries are made via Australia Post standard shipping, so PO Boxes can be used.
